Transcript:
Official academic transcripts from each post-secondary institution attended (past and current). The transcript must be up to date and include all courses and marks, along with the transcript legends/keys/grading scales that are usually printed on the back of the transcript.
Curriculum Vitae:
Resumé is required.A current summary of the applicant’s relevant education and experience. This should include details about the applicant’s academic and professional background.
Personal Statement:
A free-form letter or essay in which applicants indicate their career aspirations/plans, specific research interests, and experience relevant to the program. Length and content are program-specific.
Recommendation Letter:
Three electronic reference reports are rerquired.Reference reports can be academic and/or professional.Reference reports can only be submitted using the Brock University electronic reference system.Your referees will be emailed automatically with instructions to complete the electronic reference report once your application has been received by Brock University.
