Transcripts: Scanned copies of official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions are preferred for initial application review. If admission is offered, the OSU Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions will require official complete transcripts and proof of degree(s) from the issuing institution.

Resume: Educational information should include academic institutions attended, the dates attended and grade point average (GPA)
Personal Statement:
Statement of Purpose: Upload a one to two page statement that includes your higher education, any awards and honoraria, area of research interest, what spurred your interest in electrical and computer engineering, and your plans upon receiving your degree. In the case of a master's student, we would like to know if this is the ultimate goal or if there are plans to pursue a PhD.
Recommendation Letter:
Provide letters of recommendation from three sources. Academic sources are preferred. Letters of recommendation may be submitted electronically.
