Applicants for admission to the GPCIB should use the online application site. (Select “Biology: Computational and Integrative 56121” as the program. Select either the MS or PHD option.) The application requires transcripts of academic grades, GRE scores (General Test required; Subject Test recommended), a personal statement and three letters of recommendation. TOEFL scores are required of all foreign students having English as a second language.

Personal Statement:
The purpose of the personal statement is to give the admissions committee an overview of who you are beyond the transcript and GRE scores. Why the CIB program is a good fit to you? What are your short and long term goals and how obtaining a MS or PhD degree fits with your goals? Be specific about the direction(s) you would like to explore during your studies.
Recommendation Letter:
Three letters of recommendation. Letters of recommendation must be submitted in English or come with an official translation in English.
