3、Most dorm buildings are old and haven't been remodeled in a few years.

4、It's a bit difficult to get permission to live off campus.

5、There is nowhere on campus to eat from 12 a.m. until Marketplace opens at 7 a.m..

6、It's a quiet town. There are nearby cities, like Harrisburg and Lancaster, that have more to do but it requires a bit of driving.
