Personal Statement:
The statement of purpose describing the student’s career goals and background information
A one page document that details to the Soil and Crop Sciences professors of interest why you want to pursue a graduate degree, your future goals, how our graduate degree will help you reach those goals, and some information about your personal background and development.
Recommendation Letter:
Three letters of reference
Three letters of recommendation are required, preferably from faculty or advisors, which evaluate your potential for graduate studies. Letters of recommendation can be submitted online through the Applicant Information System (AIS) website or submitted directly to the Associate Head for Academic Programs in the Department of Soil and Crop Sciences.
