Personal Statement: Application Essay: Your application should include a short essay in your own words, describing why you are interested in attending graduate school and why you chose our department. In your essay, specify your particular physics area of interest and discuss your future career plans. Recommendation Letter: Letters of Recommendation: When you fill out the online application, you will be asked to provide names and email addresses of individuals who will write letters of recommendation. Please ensure you have accurate email addresses for your recommenders. Letter requests and instructions are sent to your recommenders via email within one business day of the submission of your online application. We suggest you notify your recommenders in advance that the recommendation requests will be coming from the University of Denver. This will allow them to send their letters electronically in time to meet the application deadline.
