Transcript: Upon admission, please submit official transcripts from each institution you have attended in either of two ways: The Registrar’s Office at your prior institution may mail your transcript directly to UAlbany’s Office of Graduate Admissions, or If you prefer that your prior institution mail your transcript to you, please make sure that you then mail the transcript to UAlbany in its original, sealed envelope. Transcripts mailed by your prior institution, or by you, should be sent to: Office of Graduate Admissions University at Albany UAB 121 1400 Washington Avenue Albany, NY 12222 Recommendation Letter: Names and contact information for 3 recommenders. Recommendations can only be submitted online. Once you enter the email address, recommenders will automatically be sent the online recommendation form once you save their information in your application.
