It should describe your past experience(s) as they relate to your interest in public health, career goals, skills that you will bring to the program, purpose for submitting your application, and how the program will benefit you.Please also identify the faculty member with whom your research interests align. Recommendation Letter: Four (4) Letters of Recommendation.​While not required, it is recommended that at least one letter come from a faculty member who can attest to your academic performance.​​​​​​​​ Financial Statement : The financial statement is only for admitted applicants and is submitted to the Office of International Admissions when requested.It provides the Colorado School of Public Health with information related to your ability to pay for the certificate program.
