A one-page resume or CV is required. A sample format is available for download by clicking the Wake Forest Resume Template. Applicants who are pursuing the three-semester option are encouraged to reformat their resume using this template.
Recommendation Letter:
Two Recommendations
Two online recommendations are required. Please do not submit additional recommendations, as they will not be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
If you are a recent graduate or currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, one recommendation should be submitted by a professor or faculty member in your major. A second recommendation can be completed by another professor or faculty member, or a current or former manager/supervisor.
A recommender can complete and submit the online recommendation either before or after you submit the online application.
Written Assessment:
A requirement of the online application includes a written assessment comprised of three short-answer questions designed to share experiences and collect additional information. As a guide, responses to the questions should be limited to one paragraph
Written Assessment:
Applicants may use the optional short-answer question on the online application to discuss anomalies that exist in their application/transcript or address aspects that may be concerning to the Admissions Committee. This question is optional and not required.
