Transcript: Applicants for admission to a degree program must submit an official transcript from each college attended. All University of Louisville transcripts will automatically be submitted with the completion of an application. Transcripts must be sent directly from the school to Graduate Admissions, in order to be considered official. Applications to non-degree or certificate programs need only submit an official transcript certifying at least a bachelor's degree. Curriculum Vitae: A CV or resume is required. Personal Statement: A personal statement that addresses the question: "Why have you decided to pursue an MA in bioethics?" and does not exceed 500 words.
