Applicants with an academic transcript must provide an official document issued in English by the teaching institution that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study. Applicants who have completed self-study programs must provide all completed examination results issued in English by the provincial Self-Study Examinations Guidance Committee. Arrange for the document to be verified and sent directly to your admission office in an English-language verification report by the following agency, which has been designated by the Ministry of Education: China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC).Applicants with incomplete transcripts can still send their document(s) via China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) or China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC).

From Whom: Letters of recommendation should be obtained from individuals who are well acquainted with the applicant's abilities and achievements in mathematics and related areas, particularly former instructors in mathematics courses and projects. Letters from instructors in related areas such as computation or the physical and life sciences are also appropriate. In certain cases, letters from employment supervisors or project leaders may be appropriate as well.
