Transcript: Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for the initial review of your application, and you can usually download them directly from the universities you attended. If you are admitted, the Graduate School will require official transcripts if you did not submit them with your application. Official transcripts should be sent directly to Graduate Student Services, 114 West David Boyd Hall, Baton Rouge, LA 70803. If your university offers the option of emailing official transcripts, they can be sent to gradtranscripts@lsu.edu. Personal Statement: Statement of Purpose should be completed with the online application. Recommendation Letter: Three recommendation letters are required by the Department. When applying online, follow the instructions on the application. If the recommendation letters cannot be submitted online then email or mail to the Department's Graduate Studies Coordinator.
