Transcript:
Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for the initial review of your application, and you can usually download them directly from the universities you attended. If you are admitted, the Graduate School will require official transcripts if you did not submit them with your application. Official transcripts should be sent directly to Graduate Student Services, 114 West David Boyd Hall, Baton Rouge, LA 70803. If your university offers the option of emailing official transcripts, they can be sent to gradtranscripts@lsu.edu.
Curriculum Vitae:
A resume that includes all undergraduate and graduate education (regardless of whether a degree was earned), continuing education, and relevant employment and volunteer experience.
Recommendation Letter:
Three letters of recommendation; these letters may be submitted electronically through the online application.
Essay:
An essay of at least 1000 words that answers these three questions :Why do you want to earn an MLIS? What are your career goals and objective? How will an MLIS from LSU SLIS help you to achieve these goals?
