If you are a Centralized Application applicant (SOPHAS, PTCAS, CSDCAS) and you are admitted to the Arnold School of Public Health, the USC Graduate School will require official transcripts of each school attended in addition to the official transcripts submitted directly to the Centralized Application (SOPHAS, PTCAS, CSDCAS).

Recommendation Letter:
Career placement file letters of recommendation may be submitted for the Letters of Recommendation forms. However, it should be noted that our departmental admissions committees are most familiar with our Letters of Recommendation forms.
