Personal Statement: Personal Statement of Goals and Objectives Recommendation Letter: Letters of Recommendation (3 required) It is strongly preferred that Letters of Recommendation be submitted electronically via the secure form available through the College of Music application. Alternatively, we will accept letters submitted via email (musicadmissions@fsu.edu), regular mail, or fax. Comprehensive List of Repertoire : Comprehensive List of Repertoire You may use our form as an example. Audition : You will be asked to register for an audition date. Please note that your on-campus audition will be confirmed only after successful completion of the prescreening requirements. Please do not make travel plans until this confirmation has been received. On the day of your audition, you will also be asked to give a group piano mock lesson in order to be considered for an assistantship. Approximately two weeks prior to the audition, applicants will be sent guidelines for this portion of the audition. Prescreening Recording : All applicants must complete the prescreening requirements by December 1. Prescreening materials will be evaluated and a select number of applicants will be invited to audition live on our campus.
