Transcript: Applicants may upload unofficial copies of domestic transcripts to the online application system. If admitted to the MPA program, applicants will be required to submit official copies of transcripts and should do so upon notification of admission. If your post-secondary credentials are from an institution outside the US, you must submit all post-secondary credentials (undergraduate and graduate) to World Education Services Inc. (WES), a third-party verification agency, for a course-by-course evaluation. Curriculum Vitae: CV is required Personal Statement: The personal statement should be approximately 750 words and should address your professional goals and how a Fels education can help you attain them. Your short essay should be approximately 250 words and should discuss your most significant accomplishment in a leadership or management position, and it should answer the following questions: What goals did you set out to achieve? What was your strategy? What were your results? Recommendation Letter: Three letters of recommendation including at least one academic letter from a recommender who taught the applicant.
