Personal Statement:
What research or work experience have you had relative to Kinesiology?
Describe your career goals: What do you plan on doing after receiving a degree in Kinesiology & Applied Physiology?
Identify the faculty member you are interested in working with. Why? What are your interests?
Recommendation Letter:
Three letters of recommendation, with at least one from a science professor, are required. If applying for admission to the PhD program, at least two recommendations must be from science professors.
