Transcript: For review and decision purposes you are required to upload an unofficial copy of your transcript(s) in the online application. We require one copy of the scanned transcript from each undergraduate and graduate institution that you attended. This includes community colleges, summer sessions, and extension programs. While credits from one institution may appear on the transcript of a second institution, unofficial transcripts must be submitted from each institution, regardless of the length of attendance, and whether or not courses were completed. Failure to list and submit transcripts from all institutions previously attended is considered to be a violation of academic ethics and may result in the cancelation of your admission or dismissal from the university. ONLY after you are recommended for admission will you need to provide official transcripts. Curriculum Vitae: Upload your most recent resume to your online application. Personal Statement: Upload your statement of purpose to your online application. Also referred to as the personal statement or cover letter on the application. The goal of the statement of purpose is to express to the review committee your interest in the program and to address anything about your background that may not be mentioned elsewhere in the application. Please limit this to one page. Recommendation Letter: The online application will require you to add the name, title and email for each of your recommenders. They will be sent a link to complete your recommendation online. Please do not upload or send letters of recommendation. Three letters of recommendation are required from previous or current professors or from a past supervisor, current supervisor or a person in a managerial role within the company. Letters should not be written from family, friends or colleagues.
