Transcript: We require one copy of the scanned transcript from each undergraduate and graduate institution which you attended. If you have earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree, please include a copy of your degree certificate. Unofficial transcripts must be submitted from each institution, regardless of the length of attendance, and whether or not courses were completed. This includes: Extension programs, Summer sessions, Community colleges. Personal Statement: Provide an original and personal Statement of Purpose. You will upload this document with the online application under section A of "Upload Documents". Include the following details within the Statement of Purpose:​​ Describe your interest in pursuing an interdisciplinary degree; Indicate your first preference track and why this focus area interests you; Include your educational aspirations; and Include any other information you think might be of interest to the admissions committee. Recommendation Letter: Provide three letters of recommendation. The letters should accurately reflect your academic aptitude, work ethic, knowledge and character.
