Personal Statement: Personal Statement is required Recommendation Letter: Three letters of recommendation: in English and submitted via the online application system. Writing Sample: Applicants must submit a writing sample that indicates a student's facility with literary critique, preferably an analytical essay on a work of East Asian literature or relevant topic, generally 10-30 pages.
