Foreign university diploma Are you studying for (or hold) a university diploma that is not French? In order to start the second year of a Bachelor (Licence 2), the third year of a Bachelor (Licence 3), the first year of a Masters (Master 1) or the second year of a Masters (Master 2) at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in September 2017, you must apply at https://ecandidat.univ-paris1.fr between 15 and 31 March 2017*. You must then put together an application file with the following documents: ► Form completed online at https://ecandidat.univ-paris1.fr, duly dated and signed; ► Detailed CV & covering letter; ► Copy of ID; ► Copy of your high school diploma (equivalent to Baccalauréat), of any university degree (equivalent to a Licence, for example) and your transcripts of university grades; if these documents are not in French, they must be accompanied by a translation; ► DELF/DALF or TCF level B2 (for applications for the 2nd year of a Bachelor [Licence 2]) or C1 (for applications for the 3rd year of a Bachelor [Licence 3], the 1st year of a Masters [Master 1] or the 2nd year of a Masters [Master 2]). These certifications are required only for nationals of countries in which French is not the official language; ► Presentation of your research project in 2 to 3 pages (for applications for Masters 2 Research [Masters 2 Recherche]) ► Formulaire (for applications for the 3rd year of the Bachelor of Design [Licence 3 Design]) ► Letter of recommendation written by a tutor (optional); ► 2 envelopes with your name and address completed; if you reside in France, these 2 envelopes must be franked at the current rate and must be respectively in the formats 210x297mm and 220x110mm; if you reside abroad, these envelopes must be accompanied by 2 international reply coupons; ► 1 transparent plastic folder (A4 format) open on the right in which you will place your full unstapled file.
