You should only upload official documents issued by your institution and any transcript not in English should be accompanied by a certified translation.More information about the transcript requirement is available in the Application Guide.(https://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/graduate/applying-to-oxford/application-guide?wssl=1#content-tab--4) Curriculum Vitae: CV is required. Personal Statement: A statement of purpose, explaining the reasons for applying to the programme and highlighting relevant academic and professional experience.we give some guidance on what to include here on the FAQs page.(http://www.education.ox.ac.uk/courses/msc-learning-teaching/faqs/) Recommendation Letter: You are required to provide the details of three referees on your application form. We are looking for references from your school and from another institution, for example, a course tutor if you have completed your PGCE course in the past two years. Due to the nature of the course we would like to see a reference from your Headteacher and/or HoD if possible as the research work you will carry out will be within the school. Evidence of Qualified Teacher Status : You will also need to supply evidence of qualified teacher status (normally your QTS certificate). This is not a required piece of documentation for the application process, but will be set as a condition if you have not included it with your application.
